Goliath Building Services was founded by Josh Marsalis with the goal of providing best-in-class construction services. We have been operating for over 15 years, giving us extensive experience across different types of projects.

The first step is to meet with the client to discuss their needs and vision. Then we provide a free estimate. Once the project is approved, we create detailed plans and schedules. During construction, we provide regular updates and ensure customer satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed expectations from start to finish.

We only hire experienced, skilled tradespeople. All employees undergo extensive training. Strict quality control processes are in place. Projects are inspected throughout and after completion. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

It depends on the specific project, but we provide a minimum 1-year workmanship warranty on labor. Some materials come with longer manufacturer warranties which we honor. We stand behind our work and are available after projects are complete if any issues arise.
