Yes. We work with homeowners on renovations and remodels, and with businesses on tenant improvements, build outs, and ground up commercial construction.
We serve San Antonio, TX and the surrounding communities throughout Bexar County. If you’re just outside that area, reach out, we may still be able to help.
Process & Timeline
We start with a consultation to understand your vision, provide a free, detailed estimate, finalize plans and a realistic schedule, then build with regular progress updates until the final walkthrough.
It depends heavily on scope. A single bathroom remodel might take 2-4 weeks, a kitchen 4-8 weeks, and a whole-home renovation 8-16 weeks. We’ll give you a specific timeline as part of your estimate, not a generic range.
Yes — you’ll have a single point of contact and regular updates, so you’re never left guessing where things stand.
Yes, permitting is managed as part of the project wherever it’s required, so you don’t have to navigate the city process yourself.
Pricing & Estimates
Pricing depends on scope, materials, and finishes. We don’t publish flat rates because two ‘kitchen remodels’ can vary enormously in cost. Instead, we provide a detailed, itemized estimate after understanding your specific project.
Yes, initial consultations and estimates are free with no obligation.
Our estimates are built to be accurate up front so you’re not hit with surprise change orders. If something changes mid-project (a material upgrade, a scope addition), we’ll walk you through the cost impact before proceeding, not after the fact.
Most projects require a deposit to secure scheduling and materials, outlined clearly in your signed estimate before work begins.
Quality & Materials
Yes — for remodels especially, we guide you through cabinetry, countertop, tile, roofing, and fixture options that fit both your style and budget.
We’re happy to work directly from existing plans, or take on the design-build role ourselves if you’d rather have one team handle both design and construction.
Workmanship on completed projects is warrantied — ask your project lead for the specific terms that apply to your scope of work.
